HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR SUMMER DAY CAMP?
Browse the camp offerings in the Summer 2019 Day Camps tab and decide for which week you would like to register your child.
Visit our Register tab and choose the correct week from the online store. NOTE: If you are registering multiple children, you must register each child separately (i.e. don’t add more than one Registration Fee to the cart at one time).
Fill out your child’s information and pay the registration fee of $50.
Note that THIS IS ONLY THE REGISTRATION FEE - the other fees (materials and tuition fees) are due later (June 1 for June sessions and July 1 for July sessions—more details will come if parents register after these dates). To check the full fees for your child’s session, please check your child’s session here.
Your child is now registered! Your registration fee will not be refunded.
After we have processed your initial registration, we will send you the welcome packet, including miscellaneous documents pertaining to logistics. Further instructions will be included in these documents.
Now you can pay your child’s materials fee and tuition fee online (click the Register tab). This must be paid in addition to the registration fee.

DISCOUNTS & FEES
WHAT SUMMER CAMP DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE?
Sibling Discount—Save $25 on each sibling’s tuition after the first sibling.
Multiple Week Discount—Save $25 on tuition for each session registered after the first.
Referral Discount—You and every friend you refer saves $10 on tuition.
Discount Codes—Save from $5-25 on the registration fee with a discount code. These can be found in newspapers and flyers, on other websites, and on our Instagram! Also, some Noblesville-area schools have special discount codes, so check your school’s newsletter!

IS THERE A SIBLING DISCOUNT FOR SUMMER CAMPS?
Yes. If you intend to register more than one sibling (must be listed under the same Parent or Guardian), please let us know in the Other Information spot during registration. Then, we will send you a special sibling enrollment packet instead of the single child registration packet, and the fees will be modified for each additional sibling that registers ($25 off the tuition fee for every sibling after the first).
CAN I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR MULTIPLE CAMP SESSIONS? IS THERE A MULTIPLE SESSION DISCOUNT?
Yes. However, you will need to fill out the registration form for each week that you would like to register your child. For every additional session that you would like to register your child (beyond their first session), you will receive a $25 discount (this will be outlined in your personalized registration packet). If you have a discount code, it will apply to each online registration form that you fill out.
IS THERE A REFERRAL DISCOUNT? HOW DO I RECEIVE THE REFERRAL DISCOUNT?
Yes, there is a referral discount of $10 off for you and every friend that you refer who registers. To receive the referral discount, let us know on the online registration form that you intend to refer your friend. If that friend registers, we will subtract $10 from the tuition fees (in addition to any other discounts) for both you and your friend. This will be noted in both of your personalized registration packets. Note: If you would like to refer a friend after you have submitted the registration fee, simply send us a message here.
DAY CAMP LOGISTICS
IS LUNCH PROVIDED?
No. Parents and Guardians are responsible for packing a lunch and water bottle for their child, but allergen-free, organic snacks will be provided during designated snack breaks. A refrigerator is available. Students will not be permitted to leave the property for lunch.
IS BEFORE CARE AVAILABLE?
Yes; Before Care beginning at 7:30 AM is available for an additional fee. Before Care is available either as a discounted bundle or a la carte. Before Care registration materials will be made available in your welcome packet after submitting your registration fee online. For all sessions, normal drop-off time is between 8:15 and 8:30. Camp activities begin at 8:30. For any questions, please contact us in the Contact tab.
IS AFTER CARE AVAILABLE?
Yes; After Care until 6:00 PM is available for an additional fee. After Care is available either as a discounted bundle or a la carte. After Care registration materials will be made available in your welcome packet after submitting your registration fee online.
For Sessions 1 and 3, normal pick-up time is between 3:30 and 3:45. For Sessions 2, 4, 5, and 6, normal pick-up time is between 4:30 and 4:45. For any questions, please contact us in the Contact tab.
IS THERE A WAIT LIST?
If a session or class fills up, we will add a wait list option on the Register tab. Currently, no sessions are full, so there are no wait list options. If a spot opens, those on the wait list will be offered the spot on a first-come-first-serve basis.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS LOW ENROLLMENT?
A session or class may be cancelled at the discretion of the Director due to low enrollment. In that event, we will fully refund all participants (including the registration fee).
May i register my child for a session OR CLASS that does not correspond to his/her age?
In some special cases, yes. If you would like to discuss your child’s case, please contact us via the Contact tab in the heading.
WhERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Summer art day camps, homeschool classes, and after-school art lessons all take place at Artisan Acres Estate.
